Roanoke Fire History
Can someone please help me identify the fireman and the horse in this picture? Ok, that might be a tall order, and I do not expect any of you to know the answer.I am full swing into the book now. The proposal will be going off in the next week. Today in between phone calls I was able to work on the book a little bit. Apparently when I am busy everyone else knows about it and decides to call.
This is the last call for any pictures that might exist that you think should be submitted for possible publication in the book. In case you do not know what I am talking about, I am working on a book that chronicles the history of Fire Service in the City of Roanoke through pictures. You can see an example of what it will look like here. Be sure to contact me if you have some pictures. I will have them scanned and returned to you ASAP.

Hey I actually think that is Raymond Wills. It was definitely his shift, whether or not it was him. I will check information and get back with you.
